Jayy every stock traded on the OTC Markets is always labeled a scam by someone. Truth is 99% of the companies traded on this exchange never have a shot of uplisting. I honestly could care less, I use them as the trading vehicles they are and try to profit where I see fit. The fact that ROTH is at a sub penny bottom with only 500million shares AS and 317million shares in the OS thats enough for me to want to speculate!
