The sad reality is they are in the worse financial shape they have been in since the immediate aftermath of Twelve.

They can't pay rent, they essentially tried to steal 300k from TCA and they stopped paying on their largest obligations.

Guess what the next huge embarrassment will be:

The company will complete each of the S.E.C. comments to the Form 10 in time, and will submit the revisions and responses in the next few days.

This will not happen in a timely manner.
