I disagree that the timing has much to do with sales at all. We don't know. They've said they need $3mm for operations this year. Dilution of this level is marginal effect for everyone.

Sales also do not mean immediate payment. It could be months before they receive substantial cash flow from sales after the shipment of goods.

As Steve mentioned, the year 2015 modest sales, it's the year of the goat! 2016 is the year of the Monkey :-) Huge difference!
