if anything were to occur a proper amortization schedule would be paid for all monies swept to treasury the difference from the "bailout" would either be given back to recapitalize the companies or if more is owed for the 10% premium a proper schedule would be made. this could be years sadly and there is no guarantee shareholders will win. Judge could say not enough info to make decision and needs to be re filed
