the company is basically bankrupt, the shares are worthless, lawsuits up its ass, s.e.c. investigative unit has been contacted both by phone and email to look into this scam, but they are paying 18% interest to the preferred shreholders, lmao, the s.e.c. and assorted lawyers will have a picnic with this p.o.s. scam
