Here's how I see it...shuffle shares...which makes it look like there's volume...
Volume helps get the ticker on other traders radar.
Make a buy at .0002 to try and spark a rally...
Hope that others will buy into it and keep it moving.
Yes, the person would be losing commissions...
IF they are not getting free trades which many brokers
give away for certain things...

IF a rally was actually started, so a large position could be unloaded; it would all be worth it.
