I understand the frustration but I don't agree that this is a scam. However, I think that JJ will probably dilute/raise cash down to just above the minimum listing for NASDAQ because they need cash reserves to uplist.

I am looking for sideways trading above the NASDAQ listing minimum share price. I will reassess then.

I expect JJ to release PRs in order to prevent the share price from breaking below that and compromising his plan to uplist. Uplisting is critical in my opinion.
