If we get no k by May 20th, which is the deadline for the 10q, I will have one of my team speak directly with Zeke at the Metro board meeting in June. Pretty much to let him know that hey, you will not be accomplishing your objective of accessing capital markets, if your parent company management is running the company like it is. See how he feels about things. Hopefully he is willing to talk being that the board meetings are not to be off topic of agenda, maybe I can have someone catch him at the office. I have spoken to him about a couple of non IENG related issues a couple of times on the phone, and he came across to me like a arrogant SOB. (Could be because I was interrupting his work).
