I chased the "Rabbit Hole" for those "Restricted S Shares" alledged to be traded in Europe by another poster. I was not able to verify and there was no audit trail offered if there were restricted shares traded outside "CONUS"

The main point for me, IF DUTV had "One MM" to Quote their PPS structure, by definition they (DUTV) could do the same.
