Rule 6490 must be somewhat new, as I was very aware about how reverse mergers had to take place and with what agencies and filings. I can even still find the old rules on some sites. But you are correct about this newer rule, pinks seem to get sort of a break. They still need to go through some things, but I WAS WRONG ABOUT A FEW THINGS I SAID ABOUT REVERSE MERGERS.

Just keeping it real with LHPT, I make mistakes sometimes, but it really was based on info I had in past, which rule 6490 has changed a lot. Thanks for DD ON lhpt.
