So one is suppose to provide proof for non-existence? LOL
On the other paw I repeat: Please link the PR stating the audit embedded within a Form 10 will be submitted on dd-mm-yyyy, or no later than a stated date. The last time the company made a commitment to a time frame was by the end of 2013.
You provided the link, listing two different locations, as proof for your suggestion they attended the OGIS conference. Which ran last week. Neither location was NYC, where the OGIS conference was held. Care to provide a link from this wonderful JV partner for what they presented?
Big whoop. Paste a picture of rusting storage tanks on cardboard, and sit in a booth, watching attendees walk by. That's assuming they even attended, outside of a tourist. I await the link for what they presented. Or is that top secret?
The same could be said the other way around. I believe he is simply stating its not likely.
As this claim was previously made in 2013 and stated to be completed by the end of the calender year. Therefore it would be a safer assumption that they are infact doing NOTHING as opposed to SOMETHING.
Regardless of direction these are both simply assumption neither can be backed up with facts.
