With my luck, they'll miss the filing, go down to 90 cents, I'll panic and dump, AMEX will give them another extension as you almost have to beg AMEX in order to get delisted, and the stock will explode.

Even if they managed to get delisted, AMEX will probably let them back on with filing.

Even still, on the OTC:BB, there's just no fucking way in hell it's going to sit there with a 6-7 PE ratio for very long.

Delisting and then some appears priced in.
