they have 3 MILLION in FUNDING - they have announced this for MONTHS

they do not have a need to LIQUIDATE shares for FINANCING - they have proven this time and time again

the transfer agent willingly sends UPDATES of the share structure - which is unusual - there are many companys that tell the Transfer Agent that they cannot send the structure - anotherwords - they GAG the TA - but INCC has nothing to hide here - THEY HAVE NEVER GAGGED the TA
