Pennies don't follow the major markets necessarily. Technical trading is a numbers game. It is bad math to use the law of big numbers for small numbers. A single stock can stand on its own if the revenues and busplan are right. I am betting on management, since I know them and believe that you make the most when you invest in people rather than stark numbers. GLTU as well.
