He offered no reason to shareholders for this extraordinary move. Reason:- there is no news to talk about, He knew he'd get no play from institutions with such a thin float and no news, and he is in need of floating shares to raise cash NOW and couldn't do it in pennyland.They/ve been authorized 10 mil shares.
Seems to me it was a sneaky move with no regard for shareholders.
I was suspicious when announced and convinced now, we've been sold down the river.
