Since the fall of oil and gas revenues and the reduced numbers of new wells , the gas and oil companies have been putting their investments in developing new infrastructure; especially Midstream pipelines, refineries and distribution.

As I have reported in links here before, US pipeline projects are booming. And that is CPST's opportunity in the gas and oil industry.

It is interesting to note that one of the biggest problems to reducing flaring in the fields of North Dakota are the private landowners are denying the companies Right-of-Way access. They don't want pipelines across their land, imo.

Pipeline infrastructure is crucial in capturing natural gas, and inability to obtain right of ways is a primary cause of natural gas flaring.
