Makes sense to me.

For one thing the CO2 doesn't off gas nearly fast enough to produce the air flow as seen.

You'd have to put a blow torch on it to produce so much sublimated gas.

Seems to me dry ice melting



That video from the school touted by SWET, used dry-ice. Dry-ice, does not melt.

The top of the tube was sealed. Therefore, can someone explain how the "chilled air" managed to flow out?

Look up sublimation and then explain where the CO2 went.
