The real point of the posts was the observed fact that no activity has been occurring at the plant. The pilot is currently the carrot in front of us and it seems like it is in dire need of moving or replacing. My guess is an extension will be announced at the 11th hour for some really truly AWESOME reason that we can all get immensely excited about.
