The threshold for delisting is 300 investors, and less than $10M in assets for the past 3 years.
I don't think ERHE can meet both of those.
Regardless, they don't want to delist unless they go private, as they would lose all the benefits of being public.
I agree that the reporting requirements are less on the pinks, but if they want to get off the pinks, they need to keep up the filings as though they were not on the pinks.
Nice to see VFIN not dumping on the bid (at least not yet).
