A clean shell? LOL. Technologies worth millions? Any technologies it once held claim to had little or no value up until the time this scam company went belly-up. And those are now gone. There is nothing left - no CEO, no employees, no board of directors, no office, no phone, no website, no assets. Nothing (unless you want to call lawsuits against those involved with this scam an asset).
