I have spoken to Neil on numerous occasions on behalf of clients. If they already spoke to Neil, he already laid it out to them, it takes all but 120 seconds to go over what and when. Neil is very terse and succinct.

If the company does not have the capital, they should not even try and waste what little they have only to fail.

They should just sign a consent to the revocation and save the cash to run the company.
