#99390 RE: BioHedge #99386

There is no doubt that Leo and Dr Menon are in charge here and have mapped out their plans for the future of Cellceutix. Too strong a board could lead to a derailment (rightly or wrongly) but given time they could always bring in new board members if needed. And yes I believe they would do that for our sake.

Excellent post. It sounds more like a threesome found on a golf course rather than directors for a potentially big-time company.

Agree. It's disappointing. I'm sure you and your colleagues have helped attract top board members for your investments. Do you think Aspire could have helped in this regard? Maybe we're over-estimating the exposure of the company so far (you can argue the share price reflects that!), and hence also over-estimating its ability to get A or B-listers.

Another thing: both the good doctors are from Florida. One from Boca Raton of all places, oh brother. Not likely a coincidence. Does Leo have a home there? Anyway, the company might have gotten the best board they could for now. I'm hoping to see improvements in the future.

I did find this reference encouraging. Remember they already have a "contract in waiting" with one big pharma testing Brilacidin on implants.

BioHedge I completely agree. I think he got these guys on board so they can uplist, I also think that this is an indication that selling some of the intellectual property is imminent -- he may feel that he doesn't need industry insiders because the deal is almost ready to go -- so why not reward some of his trusted friends who can fill out the board for the uplist, and rubber stamp a deal... disappointing but the science is unaffected. Just think we'd be up 40 cents if it were a better board.

Had the morning off, have to dive back into big work projects, see y'all again in a couple weeks.

I emailed Leo regarding the concerns several posters have made. He addressed some of the concerns and has given me permission to post his reply. I hope this is helpful to some degree.

"As I don't read the boards I appreciate you bringing that post to my attention.

First I don't want nor do I have absolute control. Cellceutix is an organization with multiple employees and there are decision making processes in place. We share one goal at the Company and that is to create shareholder value. Some people put in exceptionally long hours because they love the work and challenge to help make Cellceutix successful.

We know plenty of senior big pharma executives, both active and retired, but the board we wanted was not that. Cellceutix will be engaging in multiple clinical trials. Drs Schechter and Spektor not only have successful large practices, they also run clinical trials in their practices. In addition they are highly valued consultants to big pharma and opinion leaders in their fields of medicine. They are the type of directors that can help Cellceutix accomplish our goals. Regarding Mark Tobin, the same is true. We know ex-CFO's who have more experience and are well known. However Mark is very impressive. His business experience at Roth Capital will help Cellceutix grow in to the company we expect to be. Most important is that the team works well together."

Best wishes,
Leo Ehrlich | CEO |
