You are wrong. There is proof. Don't "supposed management" me. Both the company and Verizon provided us with the connection. It's documented by both.

When dealing with a company as big as Verizon, NO PINK WOULD EVER PR without considering the repercussions if the info being released was not true. I suspect Verizon knew this PR was coming.
