That is simply the publication notice of the original patent application---it has been docketed for examination in the USPTO---nothing more

you'll most likely now see a non-final rejection--at which point they will have to amend their claims---or it will die based on the findings of the Int'l Search Report if the USPTO examiner agrees...

if anyone is led to think this patent has been granted--think again...
