Unlike some, I anticipate an increase in shares outstanding. Every acquisition pricing scenario I offer is predicated on an increase in O/S to today's level. I initially operated under the premise that they would be fully diluted - 950 Million shares. But, given the burn rate (their needs to get the trials, etc done), I am operating on the premise that it will be less than 750 million. So, I will not be disappointed.
