NOW NOW NOW....THERE YOU GO AGAIN....TMMI HAS THE BEST ATTORNEYS IN THE BUSINESS.....DEMENTED HAS A BANK ATTORNEY, AND THEY WILL NEED HIM...THE JUDGE KNOWS THE SCOOP AND IS BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO GIVE TMMI EVERY VICTORY POSSIBLE TO MAKE DEMENTED UNDERSTAND THEY BETTER SETTLE!!!! THE ONLY THING THAT HAS BEEN PROVEN SO FAR IS THAT DEMENTED IS GUILTY AS CHARGED AND WILL WIND UP WITH MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PERSONAL JUDGEMENTS AND BANKOS. THEIR COMPANY IS PRETTY MUCH DEFUNCT WHILE TMMI WILL SIGN MEGA CONTRACTS----HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Why??? If tmm is so sure they have some magical rights to use the ISI/HP technology, why would they be so afraid of following the Judge's orders and serving HP?
I'll tell you why!!! tmm has ZERO rights to use those VDK 1.x codecs!!! Just read the contracts and lawyer letters in the case files!

Man is that fracked up..........here's the scoop what I heard....TMMI is amending to include the US Patent Court Judgement against the demented patent, and to show Prior Art which will be a slam dunk to win the case. They might also include a few more perps that have harmed TMMI over the years who were exposed in the extensive discovery.

This will all show that indeed TMMI has Prior Art which the demented patent tried to infringe on, and has every right to modify, upgrade, and indeed use it in the TRUDEF suite of products...... the VDK codec is, and will continue to be used in Trudef plus an even more advanced alo which beat anything Raytheon uses by 3 to 5 times!!!

No one is afraid of anything, and no one is suing HP...disregard that spin---it is out of desperation that the demented defendants are pushing that nonsense, but everyone is laughing about it including the judge!

Unfortunately, lawyers letters, contracts not legally made, and IRS filings are heresay, and not admisable so they mean squat.

This could be a huge week---let's hope----don't let the court case be a distraction, it is already won by TMMI's attorneys!!!

Judge a judge by their actions...

TMM, Inc. (TMMI-PK) (“TMMI”) or (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Inter Partes Review (“IPR”) Petition that TMMI filed with the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“Board”) in May 2014 seeking to invalidate the operative claims of Dimension, Inc.’s Patent Number 8,639,053 has resulted in the Board’s issuance of a final adverse judgment order against Dimension (the patent owner) cancelling each of the 25 operative ‘053 patent claims (1-16, 22-30) of Dimension.

Trial was not instituted by the Board on the 5 dependent claims (17-21) which are unrelated to TMM’s proprietary technology and are considered by TMMI to be so narrow that they do not in any way apply to or limit such proprietary technology. As a result, TMMI contemplates no further action with respect to such inoperative claims at this time even though they are also deemed invalid on their face on the basis of multiple instances of prior art.

TMMI will continue to aggressively protect TMMI’s proprietary intellectual property and related assets as necessary.
