I feel that for atleast one major pharma company, companies like PZOO will be very appealing as a buyout in the future.

Considering the amount of money it would take for a buyout would not be high for big pharma, I could see it happening just to be able to acquire industry tech's and researchers, as well as laboratorys that are already functioning.

My own 2 cents,

I just feel in an industry worth so many billions, that for a big pharma to spend 40-150 million and be able to acquire a company already in multiple states, already conducting the testing and already connected with the growers and distributes that we will be, will be a simple no brainer.

Thus why I plan on holding a nice chunk long, as I do on most plays.

Some stocks in this sector are ment to flip at this stage, others like this one I feel are a very strong hold.

I do not believe we are any where near accepting of main stream medical marijuana. This will be the biggest obstacle of any, is getting clinicians to prescribe marijuana as a medication. The stigma of " marijuana" is huge. As of right now, if someone prescribed medical marijuana to a pt, they may receive an " raised eyebrow " or get a weird look in a hospital setting. Medical marijuana is not even discussed with my colleagues. I believe it is going to take a lot of promotion and awareness by people like Dr. Gupta. His positive results & dialogue would bring marijuana more main stream. If though, marijuana is changed from schedule 1, to schedule 2, the doors would open significantly. Pain management physicians or Neurologist will be the fields where medical marijuana initially becomes more mainstream.

Big pharm, in my opinion is safe for now. Pfizer and others may want to get involved in marijuana bc it's a lot less expensive to pick up where others have already researched. It's becoming more main stream, esp in the next few years. There will always be " pill poppers ". Big pharm will always have this revenue. Eventually the revenue of narcotics will slide down, while the rx's of marijuana will rise.

I use to do research on medications that were in stage 3, stage 4a, ( which means they are 18-24 months before they are ready for market ). It is estimated that it takes 8 years and $800 million to began a new medication from start to finish. That's only, if they pass each stage before it. Most new meds don't even get past stage 1. There is a plethora of literature on marijuana that has been researched for big pharm to collect. It would be to there benefit to look into this.

Changing schedules would be the biggest change in my eyes. Doctors would feel less peer reverberation of prescribing a medication that would be in the same categories of narcotics that we prescribe daily. This would change the stigma of marijuana in medicine. If I could prescribe it, I would. But you need a special license to do so at this time.

I am a HUGE PAZOO GUY, I have over $163 K invested in this stock. I want this to play out more than anyone. I do not have ANY financial knowledge / chart interpretation like a lot of you do. I just want to say thank you all who do, breaking charts / financials down for us who do not understand.
