It is important to remember that the BULLSHIT charges filed by The SEC against The FAB 5 must be proven in a REAL COURT OF LAW.

With a judge presiding over the case, and the defense even has a right to legal counsel. Which I hear is the Cream Of The Crop. They are so good The SEC had to bring in a BIG GUN attorney to hopefully seal the deal.

IMO a waste of money. Hey, if the mountian of evidence over Treaty is so overwhelming that willl prove The FAB 5 guilty why is this move necessary ?

In reality the evidence provided to The SEC is so tainted with BULLSHIT claims The SEC offered a deal to THE FAB 5 hoping to get out of the mess the paid whistleblowers got them into.

This does not say that Chris T was charged with securities fraud as you claimed. I believe you are wrong not me. Spinning something the way one would like it to sound does not change the way it really is.
