Discovery is part of the process. IMO the evidence provided to The SEC is so fabricated with BULLSHIT if this makes it to trial the court will find the evidence was just as I thought and those involved with supplying the BULLSHIT will be in big trouble. Maybe CLUB FED trouble !

AGREED 100 % ... THE FAKE BK for instance ... How many businesses are sued with the attempt to shut it down by individuals who by their own accord made bad investment decisions, or by former Treaty officer's who were fired becuase of their own incompetence.

The above statement is a FACT ! The judge DISMISSED the case in record time holding back from laughing. That case wa sfilled with so much BULLSHIT not all of the petitioners testifed. Can't blame them not wanting to perjure themselves on the stand.
