The Company is positioned to benefit from the recent deregulation of Industrial Hemp throughout the United States and is in the business of planting, growing and harvesting Industrial Hemp, which will then be sold to processors of the fibrous plant. The Company will also be involved in vertically integrated businesses associated with Industrial Hemp, including but not limited to importing Hemp, extracting oils and cultivation of seeds. The Company leases 26 acres in Southern California, with an option to lease an additional 40 acres used for cultivating industrial hemp.
