Well, obviously it will be perceived as a very negative event. I believe that the company has a good idea as to how tarnished their reputation is at this time and will strive to avoid that.
Hiccups do occur, but it was they who put the closing date specifically at 5/15. All we can do as shareholders is wait and see...MLHC
