I don't know anything about the RS. I can tell you that I have owned stock in a couple of OTC companies that have done RS and they have been big winners for me. So I am not really afraid of an RS.
OK then, can you explain why he needs to close one restaurant to work on another? Is he that strapped for time, cash or manpower? I am not one who wants to see this fail. But I do fail to see the rationale behind most of JB's decision-making, especially why we continue to wait on financials. An update on that status would be a much better tweet IMO. $EEDG
