Do you think Rabea now realizes that Simmonds is a crook? Also, Vertility Oil and Gas seems to have been loaned quite a bit from RBC in the Goudas pilfering. Who actually received that money? Wouldn't you think it a bit strange that an oil and gas company (that doesn't appear to have any actual contracts) is suddenly billing a food company for 6 figures?
I really don't know what to think about all of this, but I am annoyed that Rabea doesn't seem all that concerned that we got swindled, still appears to be enabling J. Simmmonds, and spends all his time on his political activities. At the very least the honourable thing to do would be to cut ties with Simmonds and personally apologize to all the friends and family members who he encouraged to invest in this "company".
