Inoviorulez, I am trying to comprehend your logic but having some difficulty. If preferred shareholders can be an obstacle to a potential merger or acquisition as stated by the company, why would Tang sell? If he is against any such move wouldn't he want to keep his preferred status intact? Or, if he is okay with the move, why sell? Doesn't make sense unless he is sided with the acquirers and wants to make the share price as low as possible.

$20m market cap. Expect a good deal of price swing with as much volume is being put through. Yet we trade only a few cents from 70. When it dropped from $1.20 it went quick on similar volume. Something's up with 70c.
