To many folks trying to get a bump... They do not understand A/S vs O/S they bought this turd on speculation and now they regret it, 7Bn shares ready to flood the market..... Even if you ever do get the Divy, it won't be worth the paper it's printed on.

This company has performed terribly and has delivered only forward looking statements with constant delays.
