Setting aside the discussion about tmm having copies of STOLEN SOFTWARE that belongs to Dimension for a minute.

And looking at the VDK 1.x tmm CLAIMS it is using for its current "product" that nobody has ever seen.

tmm has ZERO rights to it!!! Read the 1993(both) and 1996 contracts and the Dec 1996 Iterated attorney letter.

End of story, tmm owns NOTHING!!!
