An easy question to answer ( and one which I'm sure you already know )regarding VGTL, is that anticipation of likely news based on recent company events and the very real changes occurring in the industry , can often provide all the catalyst, that's needed for interest to raise the PPS. Actual news could accelerate the upward momentum, especially with such an attractively low share structure.
