#54037 RE: SamuraiAnimated #54036

Ok so what is the next big thing you are looking for and when do you think it will happen? I keep reading that if a buyout happens it could be 30-90 days. However I keep reading about all these other court cases pending.

REVO... from my perspective, patent infringement was proven (past tense), to be exact: April 17th 2015 the very day Alarm Force settled w/ REVO/Eyetalk.... which again to reiterate, sets the precedence for every other infringing company, to settle the present/yet to be filed lawsuits.....

REVO's lawsuit vs. Alarm Force, sited patent #'s....

1. AlarmForce NC, Inc., and AlarmForce LP
(a) Alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 8,139,098, entitled “Video Communication Method For Receiving Person At Entrance”.
(b) Alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 8,144,183, entitled “Two-Way Audio-Video Communication Method For Receiving Person At Entrance
”.

..... and REVO is suing Ascent/Live Watch & CPI, siting the exact patent infringements, plus additional.....

2. CPI Security Systems, Inc.
(a) Alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 8,139,098, entitled “Video Communication Method For Receiving Person At Entrance”.
(b) Alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 8,144,184 entitled “Detection And Viewing System”.
(c) Alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 8,154,581, entitled “Audio-Video Communication System For Receiving Person At Entrance”.
(d) Alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 7,193,644, entitled “Automated Audio Video Messaging And Answering System”.

3. LiveWatch Security, LLC
(a) Alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 8,139,098, entitled “Video Communication Method For Receiving Person At Entrance

I can only logically conclude, since (Alarm Force, a somewhat formidable $128,000,000 market cap company) settled w/ lil ole pinksheet company REVO, lol.... its not a matter of if, but when, the other 130+ companies, identified as infringing on REVO's patents, cave in & settle also.

resistance is futile....
