Also, I am sure since they are a big BP they won't have to run a randomized double blind study. Hell if PPHM was a big BP, Bavi would be approved in 2-3 indications by now. Unfortunately they just happened to run into a control arm that was 50% better than the historical control arm in frontline lung

Ex I keep bringing it up because of the sad fact "lung cancer" is "lung cancer" (size of cell and nsclc vs sclc and stage of disease is just criteria). In the hospital LTC setting it's ALL treated the same today, each Dr. has their own style "aggressive" or not aggressive way of going after the disease. I bring this trial up because supposedly Opdivo is the newest greatest therapy for "lung cancer". But guess what its NOT! Bavituximab is were a real chance of cure comes in and when we combine it with Opdivo chemo and radiation early enough in the stage of disease we could cure "lung cancer".
