Same question I posed to him the other day, left unanswered by WaaOver.

If certain BAA to be down to $0.11 or $0.10 or $0.07, and with such claimed certainty, there is no decent reason to hold his current 55% buy of BAA shares, and I advocate he sell most to all now (or already), before the expected Banro PR.

So yet another mixed (if not confused/confusing) message from WaaOver.
