Yea. We all need to cool it. All of us in the same boat. We will need each other. There is no problem with disagreements anyway. A board should have a few disagreements just no bashing. Imo

Just so happens Dennis, I follow this company much closer than you do and do way more research, plus I read their filings. Now if you would have taken the time to read their last 10K, you would know what I was talking about. From a business standpoint it is clear they are going to require a lot more sales to keep the wheels from coming off the bus. Nulief is the one product in their arsenal that has the potential to deliver everything they need to right the ship. A hot new product selling in a brand new category that is estimated to be the fastest growing category for the next five years. They have a huge opportunity to be the very first company to take a CBD product to retail outlets and be on store shelves without any competition.

Now compare that to all their products which face stiff competition in each and every category they do business in. Then go look and see what the sales are for the last year. If you can't see the light after that, then I would be wasting my time to continue this discussion. I was not and am not trying to be rude to you, but you are so hung up on what Kras said and believe he must know something that we do not when it comes to the legal issue, that you lost the ability to use logic and look at the situation objectively, as I have.

This is a field I have worked in for a very long time and I understand the ins and outs of everything involved, so when I read what Kras stated, I wasn't totally convinced about his reasoning. That is when I dug in and took an objective approach to see if in fact there were any legal issues that prevented them from rolling out Nulief right now. My findings contradicted what he stated, so I contacted him to see if in fact that there was a legal issue from their standpoint that was causing them to wait so long. What I found was that it wasn't a legal issue at all, but rather a lack of resources that was preventing them to take Nulief to a national rollout. I was extremely upset due to the fact that they had wasted so much money months earlier on a full blown Bikini Ready TV advertising campaign and now lack the resources to roll out their product with the most potential. The whole legal thing was just a smokescreen to disguise the real reason for the delay.

You see Dennis, I am an honest person and even though I have a whole lot invested here, I will tell it like it is. I am not about to accept some lame excuses that were merely a smoke screen. I posted word for word their reply to my inquiry about why they are not taking Nulief to retail, since it is 100% legal. Did they at any time mention anything related a legal issue in their response? No they did not! What they did say is that they were taking a more cautious approach by doing some additional test marketing and to get a better understanding of the market, by initially launching in a few select dispensaries and gradually transitioning to slow retail roll out later on, after they have enough test marketing results to determine a go to market plan.

Now tell me, when I company has a big launch event, wouldn't you expect them to actually launch the product? Well the fact is there still isn't a single place where Nulief is available. It's not in dispensaries yet, despite Kras mentioning right after the launch that it was in dispensaries as he speaks. If you want someone to take your word as fact, you can't make statements that are untrue, as was the case here.

I invested in the huge potential I saw with their CBD Initiative, as did most who are here. I know of no one who invested due solely to their current brands of Martha Stewart Essentials, Bikini Ready, Surgex, Slim Trim, OM Essentials, or Intrinsix. Previously I invested here due to the MSE deal, but had since sold and took my big profits when the stock went a good run. I came back for the CBD Initiative, which with their unique approach, could produce a blockbuster lineup. They took all the right steps to this point to ensure themselves a big success, but now at the most critical point, they step back and see that they ran out of resources due to the expensive Bikini Ready promotional campaign. That infuriates me, because it shows very poor judgement that could be very costly.

So you go ahead and believe everything Kras says, but as for me, I will continue to focus on the true facts and not these smoke screens by Kras. This is not to say that they can't turn everything around in a hurry, because they can if they pool all their resources and secure just enough financing to get Nulief launched in retail chains across the US. They have the distribution network to make this happen quickly and still be first to market with a CBD product at retail outlets if they don't wait 16 to 18 months. They have to devise a whole new marketing plan and run with it, so they can start pulling in the big sales and profits with Nulief, instead of concentrating on getting additional distribution on their existing brands. It just makes good business sense to concentrate on their product with the most potential and Nulief with no competition at retail outlets is by far the one product that can deliver.

I can only hope that all my time and energy to try and get this point across to NRTI management was worthwhile. I am hoping I open their eyes to what has to happen right now. I haven't given up and I will continue to fight to the end, because I still believe we could see a huge success here with their CBD Initiative that is second to none. Cheers!
