That is what insiders do on these plays. But, they do have to tell, when they sell and buy. I watch the authorize shares daily. If they increase before a spike in the pps. I will be departing with my holdings. I expect the insiders to profit nicely from there ventures. But, I'm going to get my little money too. So far so good. I'm thinking they want a run up, before anymore dilution past the now allotted Authorize Share Count.

I am simply stating a filing will drop, on a authorized increase, if it's raised above the current level. At that time it will be decision time for investors, rather to stay or go. For myself, I most likely would depart if we haven't had a pps spike. I'm certainly not going to depart at this stage, right now because of an anticipated increase, that could be months from now.
