Many stocks go up and down. This one from one extreme to the other. The rule is buy "low and sell high." If shareholders forgot to take profits when it was high then they need to learn how to recognize tops and lower their risks.
The question is; is now that the pps is low, is it time to buy? According to OBV and the charts... It certainly is.
