One benefit could be Nasdaq. I remember Solomon talked about to start at first North and in a very short time up list to midcap and once that was done they could have some kind of automated listing at Nasdaq and leave OTC land.

Very good point! I think you have the answer there. I think this is particularly important for Solomon.
