It's way to late for FASC to file delinquent filings now and probably not even possible within the timeframe given... They will definitely need to be true and complete. He is either clueless or full of shit... I suspect the later. The SEC has already started the process of revoking the stock. It will no longer be tradable within 120 days and likely sooner.
