I read through that timeline release from Billshitter.... and its bizzare....its almost as if they dont think people will read and understand the series of events and the back and forth between CEN and HC...... there are obvious contradictions in what CEN is saying, and what actually took place, through their own admission as seen in their posting..... not evne good smoke and mirrors. Based on some of the things the company stated happened....its almost as if they themselves dont understand what HC is saying to them....Bizzzare to say the least.

Please note that proof of a recent electrical inspection from the relevant provincial authority where the site is located
will be required before a licence is issued.

Watch them spin "before a licence is issued" to say that all CEN had to do to get a license is an electrical inspection.
