As I read it, that 8K lays out the plan, not that it has been completed, or that there's a merger.

And that says nothing concrete. The facts are clear. As a speculative play this could be enormous. The reality to date is 15 months and no sales, the "private" investments from 2012 have dried up no confidence maybe?? Had to tap the public well? Who knows.
