This will never, ever close. QEDN will never, ever fulfill their part of whatever "deal" there is. They never ever have.

The last guy they had a deal with sold everything, then got screwed by Purdon and Makmann. He lost everything.

Bahnsen is just another stooge for Purdon and Makmann to try and rake over the coals.
