A real working UT device that has been verified by an independent agent is every longs hope. Question is what are the chances that this will happen? Another important question is WHEN will this happen?
I have my opinions, but they are just really guesses. Already seems that UT device will not even be in place for testing until June or July. Figure another 3-4 months to hire a tester and develop a testing plan. Another 3 months of actual testing puts us into 2016. Like I said, just my guess.
