ADV is absolutely right. Nothing you said was right, except becoming PowerClouds only, changing name, changing ticker, new CEO (I don't know if you called this one), going to AMEX (we have to wait and see), spinning off other businesses (you and company called this, but didn't happen yet). Stop making rumors until it's done then give us the news. The stock price will go to zero until everything happens and company proves that is making billions. Everyone should sell their shares now and wait until everything is in place, audited and they are on AMEX before buying any shares.
